At Bramblewood, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy ensures fairness while maintaining the integrity of our event planning.
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
1. Refunds for Cancellations by the Customer
Once payment is made, we are unable to refund cancellations, contact us to discuss further arrangements (see 5.)
1.2 Refunds for Cancellations by Bramblewood
If Bramblewood cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Weather-Related Refunds & Rescheduling
If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, storms), we may need to postpone your event.
In such cases, we will:

Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
3. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to attend, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Bramblewood is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
